CheckOS system usage policy

Definitions

Terms and conditions of system use

3 - By accessing the CheckOS Work Order System automatically via robots or automatic access APIs, users accept the use policy of the CheckOS system.

Companies are represented by a single individual (individual) who will be fully responsible for all data entered in the CheckOS Work Order Program by the users of the respective company.

The companies agree that they are responsible for the maintenance and confidentiality of the information related to their customers that are inserted in the system CheckOS, and the service management system CheckOS no responsibility or guarantees regarding such information.

The companies agree that the use of CheckOS is done at the risk of the company itself and its users, thus exempting the CheckOS Work Order System and its responsible from CheckOS of any losses or damages caused by system failures, loss of access, unavailability, termination of services, limitations of use, or other reasons that may be directly or indirectly related to CheckOS.

Access to the CheckOS system depends on the perfect functioning of the equipment and media involved end-to-end between the system server and the user's device, CheckOS does not own or control these means of access so that CheckOS is not responsible for ensuring the availability of the system nor is it responsible for any damages caused by the unavailability of the system being temporary or permanent.

In case of loss of access of a certain user, the password must be reconfigured through the specific form provided by the system, the use of this form is totally dependent on the fact that users are able to receive emails sent automatically by the system CheckOS, and in case the company can not receive the emails of the system, the companies must make a new registration in the system thus losing access to the previous data.

Registered companies may suspend the use of the CheckOS Work Order Program at any time by changing the registration so that the company is in an "Inactive" status. Companies with inactive status no longer appear on the system screen and are prevented from performing some of the system operations. The data of the inactive companies will remain in the system indefinitely.

The companies and users authorize CheckOS to use all information related to the company that is registered in the system, including name, address, telephone, website, email address, images and other data for use in site advertising campaigns in any media that may be used for such placement, and the presentation of this information by the CheckOS Work Order System will not have to comply with any condition specified by the company and CheckOS may make any changes it deems necessary for the disclosure of this information.

CheckOS may automatically change the status of companies that do not use the system for more than 30 days. The CheckOS Program of Orders of Service may carry out the automatic removal of information from inactive companies totally invalidating any possible history of these companies without it being possible to recover such data. The definition of which of these information will be removed will depend on the characteristics of each information conveniently related to the use of this information by the system.

The companies registered in the system are only related to the use of the system, and the companies are not authorized to use the name of CheckOS Work Order System in any action involving civil or criminal liability. None of the persons responsible for CheckOS shall represent the registered company at any time or in any other condition except in cases where both parties are in mutual agreement in writing and duly registered in institutions authorized by the Brazilian legislation.

Access to the CheckOS System Work Order System for consultation purposes is conditioned to the access code so that the access code is known to the consumer through system notifications that are sent by e-mail to the address that is registered by the users of the companies involved, the entire relationship between the consumer and the CheckOS Service Ordering System is conditionally linked to the company or companies that have registered and customer service.

Companies are solely responsible for keeping their users' data up-to-date with regard to their inclusion, alteration and deactivation according to changes in their staff; in addition to being obliged to change the information related to the company register whenever any data is different from the reality.

Users are required to record truthful information in the CheckOS Work Order System and the use of the CheckOS system for abusive registration of invalid information will result in the suspension of the right of use for the entire company.

CheckOS reserves the right to suspend all services of the site at any time without prior notice or notification to users as well as CheckOS Work Order System will not have obligations to provide information to any user even though this user has made payments of values to the system.

Service orders may be accessed by companies that are part of the service (Approving Company and Designated Company) with free permission to read and print and specific permission to change information according to the position of the company in the service and also the status of the Order of service. Consumers will be able to access their service orders with read-only permission as long as they have their access code.

The CheckOS Work Order System guarantees entrepreneurs who will not use information from consumers who are registered by their companies to contact these consumers for commercial purposes for their own benefit.

The CheckOS will not communicate deliberately with the consumers, the contacts with the CheckOS Schedule of Service Orders will only be for matters related to the use of the system so that they can start from the CheckOS for the companies or even in form of response to possible consumers that perhaps contact CheckOS.

The CheckOS Work Order Program may use all the information registered by the user companies for statistical purposes or feeding of knowledge bases without the authorization or recognition of the authors of the registration.

No users will be excluded from the system unless it is proven necessary, companies with users who are no longer part of the staff or service providers, can disable these users through their settings.

Users consent to the acceptance of this policy of using the system CheckOS, which the system can automatically send to users' equipment, configuration files of their pages, cookies, plugins and other mechanisms that will allow the system to display the contents of according to the demands of the users.
